Client allegedly assaulted a police officer during a traffic stop and was found in possession of a pipe used to smoke methamphetamine. Client was facing a mandatory prison term if convicted at trial. Charges were completely dismissed following our investigation into the case which revealed major inconsistencies in the arresting officers' versions of the incident.
